Leena George

Leena George is a Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in technology integration and project management across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving at AIA Australia since April 2021, Leena previously held senior roles at CommInsure and HCL Technologies, where contributions included leading complex IT change initiatives and technology delivery for significant banking programs. At Commonwealth Bank, Leena played pivotal roles in several high-impact transformation projects, such as the separation of the insurance arm and the migration of customer accounts to a new platform. Leena's earlier experience includes a successful tenure at Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on large-scale digital transformations and improvements in customer journey processes, alongside relevant roles at AIG in both project management and software development. Leena holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
