John Richardson

John Richardson has extensive work experience in the construction industry. John recently served as the Vice President of Customer Relations at AIA Contract Documents starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ConstructConnect™ from 2006 to 2021, where they held various roles including Vice President of Customer Success and Director of Operations. In these positions, they implemented strategic growth initiatives, oversaw team performance, and designed frameworks to increase customer retention. Before joining ConstructConnect™, they worked at McGraw-Hill Construction as the Western Sales Manager for Canada, where they spearheaded new product launches and optimized lead generation. John also spent six years at Southam Inc as a Sales Manager.

John Richardson attended Douglas College from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In 2010, they completed the Management Essentials Program at Harvard Business Publishing. Prior to their time at Douglas College, they attended NWSS from 1982 to 1987, but no specific field of study or degree was mentioned.
