Mali Richardson

Mali Richardson is a Training and Education Manager at AIA Contract Documents since May 2022, responsible for leading customer-facing software training courses, developing training materials, and ensuring updates reflect best practices. Previously, Mali served as an Early Childhood Educator at Greenville County Schools from August 2014 to May 2022, where engaging digital learning experiences were crafted and both synchronous and asynchronous eLearning content was developed for first-grade students. Additionally, Mali presented at the Upstate Technology Conference from July 2018 to July 2019, delivering training sessions on new digital technology tools to educators. Mali holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of South Carolina and a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Learning Technology from Anderson University (SC).
