Alicia Kok

Alicia Kok is an experienced insurance professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Claims Senior Manager at AIA Shared Services Malaysia since March 2009, Alicia manages a team responsible for processing life and group insurance health and accident claims while achieving service level agreements and quality targets. Previously, Alicia held the position of Claims Manager at HSBC Global Resourcing, overseeing life insurance claims for Takaful products, and served as Assistant Manager at Prudential Services Asia, where management of health and accident insurance claims was a key responsibility. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester and completed A Levels at Sunway College.
