Catherine Ng

Catherine Ng serves as the Head of Group Learning at AIA since March 2023, spearheading leadership and learning initiatives aimed at fostering a future-ready workforce. Previously, Catherine was the Head of People at Novelship, where leadership encompassed HR strategy for a high-growth startup spanning nine countries. In their role at the National University of Singapore, Catherine focused on talent acquisition and development while creating a Manpower Capability Blueprint. Earlier experiences include roles at Cisco, Aon, and Hay Group, where Catherine contributed significantly to leadership development, employee engagement, and talent solutions. Education includes a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours in Economics from the National University of Singapore and multiple graduate diplomas in Human Capital Management and Education.
