Gyan Nagpal

Gyan Nagpal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at AIA Group and Dean of the AIA Leadership Centre since July 2018, Gyan focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities to align with the organization's mission of promoting healthier lives. Gyan holds the position of Non-Executive Chair at Talent Economics International Pte. Ltd. since 2018, previously serving as Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2018, where contributions included workforce analytics and talent strategy consulting across multiple continents. Gyan's earlier roles include Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board and Head of Talent & Development for Deutsche Bank in the Asia-Pacific region. Gyan holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Mumbai University.
