Herman Kwok

Herman Kwok is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud architecture, digital project implementations, and IT service management. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Services for Hong Kong at Manulife since April 2022, Herman oversees technology transformations, end-user services, and IT budgeting. Prior to this role, Herman held various leadership positions at AIA, including Head of Infrastructure and Technical Architecture Lead, where responsibilities included leading cloud migration initiatives and managing infrastructure architecture and governance across multiple countries. With a strong foundation in enterprise architecture and technology strategy, Herman has successfully managed significant IT outsourcing projects and data center operations, showcasing a commitment to enhancing technology services across organizations. Herman holds a Bachelor of Information & Communication Technology degree from the University of Wollongong.
