Joan Tay

Joan Tay is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director of Digital, Analytics, Governance at AIA since August 2023. Joan has been with NTUC Health Co-operative Limited in a Business Transformation role in Human Resources since October 2018. Prior to this, Joan held several key positions at DBS Bank, including Executive Director of Technology and Senior Vice-President, from June 2006 to September 2018, and started the career as an HR Officer at Standard Chartered Bank from June 1999 to June 2006. Joan holds a Bachelor's degree in Counselling from Singapore University of Social Sciences, earned from July 2015 to August 2023, and attended The University of Queensland from 1996 to 1998.
