Desmond Oon

Desmond Oon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of enterprise architecture, user experience, and digital solutions. Currently serving as Associate Director, Enterprise Architect at AIA Malaysia, Desmond has held significant roles at Roche, including Chapter Section Lead for UX & Business Analysis and COE Lead for Digital. Previous positions include Lead Solution Architect for Digital and Regional Solution Architect at APD, as well as various leadership roles at Avanade, focusing on Sitecore and digital initiatives. Desmond holds a Bachelor Degree of Art and Science in Business Information System from Campbell University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
