Eddan MacAtol

Eddan Macatol, MBA, is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Principal at AIA Philippines since August 2023. Previous roles include Consultant at PeopleStrong HR Consulting, where leadership courses and team building sessions were designed and facilitated, and Senior Program Manager for Learning Strategy at Refinitiv, where Eddan launched a competency-based learning pathway and supported global learning initiatives. In earlier positions, leadership programs were developed at Shopee and Globe Telecom, alongside managing learning and development programs at Fluor Corporation. With experience dating back to 2008, Eddan has a strong educational background, holding an MBA from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a BS in Human Ecology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
