Tina Vibar Ledesma

Tina Vibar Ledesma currently serves as the HR Head for Culture & Engagement at AIA Philippines, a position held since July 2014. With extensive experience in human resources across multiple organizations, Tina held significant roles at Transcom Worldwide Philippines, Inc. as Director of Human Resources for Asia, and at Aegis PeopleSupport, Inc. as Associate Vice President for Site Human Resources. Tina’s expertise includes strategic partnership and management of HR teams, with a focus on aligning programs and policies with operational goals. Additional experience encompasses various HR roles at La Salle College International, Accenture Inc., and PeopleSupport (Phils.), Inc., complemented by a background in account management and visual communication, supported by a BFA degree from the University of the Philippines.
