Andrea Aguilera is a seasoned professional with significant experience in program coordination, entrepreneurship, and research. Currently serving as the Senior Programs Coordinator at AIA Seattle since July 2021, Andrea has also founded EasySpeak and held the position of Development Manager at Leaner Startups. Previous roles include Events & Programs Manager and Residence Coordinator at Bates College, and a public relations internship at McNeills, where Andrea focused on B2B company needs. At Coastal Enterprises, Inc., Andrea contributed as a research intern at the Women's Business Center, developing surveys for female entrepreneurs. Additionally, Andrea has interned with A Breeze of Hope, supporting lawyers and psychologists in Bolivia. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Bates College and is pursuing an MBA at the UW Foster School of Business.
