Hai Hoang

Hai Hoang is an experienced professional in the strategic and transformation sectors, currently serving as the Strategy Head at AIA since April 2023. Prior to this role, Hai Hoang held the position of Head of Agency Strategy at AIA Vietnam from October 2013 to March 2023, focusing on agency strategy, digital platforms, and business model transformation. Additionally, Hai Hoang previously served as Head of Strategy & Transformation, where responsibilities included corporate strategy development, management reporting, business intelligence, and overseeing the transformation office and PMO services. Hai Hoang holds a Master of Technology in Engineering and Management of Information Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
