Khang Phung

Khang Phung is an accomplished professional in the insurance and financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief Marketing and Propositions Officer at AIA Vietnam since November 2023. Previously, Khang held various leadership roles at Manulife Vietnam, including Chief Product and Health Officer and Head of Agency Strategy and Business Development from January 2022 to November 2023, and Chief Product Officer from 2018 to January 2022. Khang’s expertise also includes serving as Head of Actuary at Generali from 2016 to 2018, Marketing Actuary at Gen Re from 2014 to 2016, Head of Product Actuarial at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. from 2010 to 2014, and Senior Actuarial Analyst at Munich Re (Group) from 2006 to 2010. Khang Phung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Studies from The Australian National University, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
