John Rokstad

John Rokstad serves as the VP of Quality and Risk Management and VP of Major Tenders at Aibel since May 2022. Previously, John held various leadership roles at Aker Solutions from April 2003 to April 2021, including Sr. Manager of the Corporate Risk Committee, where responsibilities involved detailed market and risk assessments for major projects, and Digital Transformation Manager, focusing on strategic digitalisation initiatives. John's extensive experience also encompasses roles such as Global Process Owner for Engineering, where strategic plans were implemented to improve compliance and efficiency, and Head of Tendering in subsea systems covering North Sea and Africa markets. John began a career with ABB as a System Engineer before earning a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an Associate's degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
