Stian Telhaug Furu

Stian Telhaug Furu is an experienced professional in technical safety engineering, currently serving as the Department Manager Technical Safety at Aibel since May 2018, where previous roles included Senior Technical Safety Engineer and Consultant. Prior to Aibel, Stian worked at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from January 2015 to April 2019 as a Safety Engineer, focusing on technical safety documentation and engineering support. Stian's earlier experience includes consulting roles at FPE Sontum AS and Safety Design AS, where responsibilities involved hydraulic calculations, firewater systems design, and modifications of technical drawings. Stian holds a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy from the University of Agder, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
