Jonathan Wray has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. In 2003, they started as a Product Development & Manufacturing Intern at Family Time Snacks. Jonathan then worked as a Product Development Engineer at Philips - Quality Lighting in 2004. Following this, from 2005 to 2010, they served as an Automation Engineer / Tool & Die Supervisor at Tempco Electric Heater. In 2010, they began working as a Strategy & Innovation Management Consultant at Independent Consulting. Jonathan also worked as a Product Manager from 2010 to 2011 at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Strategic Planning & Market Insight Specialist at the same company. In 2012, they joined Danaher | Thomson Industries as a Global Product Line Manager, handling the Screws product line until 2014, and then the Linear Bearings & Guides product line until 2014. Subsequently, they worked as a Director of Product and Director of Pricing & Special Projects at Fortive from 2015 to 2016. Jonathan then moved on to Salesforce where they held the roles of Solutions Architect Director - Einstein Discovery from 2016 to 2018 and Director of Product Management - Einstein Discovery from 2018 to 2018. Currently, they are an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School since 2020. Moreover, in 2018, they co-founded Aible and currently serves as the Co-Founder and COO.

Jonathan Wray's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, which they attended from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they studied the same field at Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, Jonathan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Strategy, Marketing, Econometrics & Statistics, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Jonathan completed their MBA from 2008 to 2010.
