Kester Poh

Kester Poh has extensive experience in the digital marketing and technology industry. Kester is the Founder & CEO of AiChat, a conversational customer experience platform based in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Prior to that, they co-founded AskVoila, a conversational commerce company that provided personal shopping service through messaging apps. Kester also worked as a Lead Project Manager at POSSIBLE and as a Scrum Master at Ogilvy & Mather. Additionally, they held roles as a Digital Project Manager at Cheil Worldwide Inc. and Grey Digital Singapore. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Interactive Producer at XYZ Wave Pte Ltd and as a Steering Committee member/Project Manager at Dream Axis Pte Ltd. Kester gained experience as a Scrum Master (Intern) at Singapore-MIT GAMBIT Game Lab.

Kester Poh completed their Bachelor of Computing (Honours) degree in Communications & Media at the National University of Singapore from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a certification in "AI For Everyone" from deeplearning.ai on Coursera in March 2019.
