Xuejin Chuang

Xuejin Chuang has a diverse work experience in the field of product management, user experience design, and software development.

- From 2020 to the present, Xuejin has been working as the Chief Product Officer at AiChat Pte Ltd, where they are responsible for the entire product strategy, management, design, delivery, and innovation across all pillars. They also focus on building product discovery, design, and delivery capabilities and managing multidisciplinary teams.

- Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, Xuejin worked as the Head of Product at AiChat Pte Ltd, where they defined, designed, and prioritized features across all product pillars and set up product management and development processes to scale the team.

- Xuejin's experience also includes being an Experience Design Lead at Accenture from 2019 to 2020.

- Xuejin served as an Associate UX Lead at DigitasLBi from 2016 to 2019, where they led and mentored a team of UX professionals and delivered various UX services for clients from different industries.

- Xuejin worked as an Experience Designer at POSSIBLE from 2015 to 2016, where they led the redesign of the Esplanade.com website.

- In 2014, Xuejin was a UX Consultant at VML Qais and also worked as a Freelance UX Consultant.

- Xuejin served as the Lead, Product and Data Analytics at The Mobile Gamer from 2013 to 2014, where they worked on developing a mobile social chat app and performed project management and data analytics tasks.

- Xuejin gained experience as a User Experience Architect at Savant Degrees from 2010 to 2013, where they led the conceptualization phase, conducted user research, performed usability audits, and managed product features and roadmaps.

- Xuejin also worked briefly as a Software Developer at The Mobile Gamer in 2010 and as a Project Manager at GAMBIT [Singapore-MIT GAMBIT Game Lab] in 2009.

Xuejin Chuang completed a Bachelor of Computing degree with a focus on Communications Media from the National University of Singapore. This education was obtained from 2006 to 2009.
