Ritesh Raj began their work experience as an Assistant Professor at the Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture and Design Studies from June 2015 to June 2016. In 2014, they founded Equipoise and worked as a Founder and Graphic Designer until April 2021. In February 2018, they joined Analytics Insight® as a Design Director for Publications, a role they held until April 2021. Currently, since April 2021, Ritesh Raj is working as a Creative Lead, Design at AICL Communications.
Ritesh Raj completed their education in a chronological manner. Ritesh pursued a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree in Architecture at the Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture and Design Studies, Hingna Road, from 2009 to 2014. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree in Architecture at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. In 2020, they attended The Florence Institute of Design International and obtained a Master of Graphic Design degree, specializing in Graphic Design.
