Sanil Pradhan

Sanil Pradhan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the digital and technology field. Sanil is currently the Associate Director of Digital & Technology at AICL Communications, where they provide strategic direction and oversees digital initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant Digital & Technology and Vice President Digital & IT at the same company.

Before joining AICL Communications, Sanil founded RedVault Tech and served as the Founder for eight months. Sanil also gained experience as a Project Head at Isobar (Dentsu Aegis Network) for a brief period.

In addition, Sanil worked at BC Web Wise as the Technical Head, leading a team of twelve developers and handling vendor evaluations for outsourcing mobile development. Sanil was responsible for the technical aspects of projects and played a crucial role in the success of the company from November 2007 to January 2015.

Prior to BC Web Wise, they worked at Camellia Infotech as a Sr. Web Developer, where they focused on client-server-based applications and CRM implementation.

Sanil Pradhan completed an MBA in Information & Technology from the Welingkar Institute of Management from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Bsc in Zoology at the E.S Andrades College Of Science from 1995 to 1997.
