Faith Balshan

Faith Balshan currently serves as a Senior Specialist for the Apprenticeship Program in the Americas Region at AICPA, providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams on program development, compliance, and implementation strategies while delivering presentations to promote the AICPA Registered Apprenticeship Program. Previously, as a Registered Apprenticeship Navigator at the Maryland Department of Labor, Faith developed and maintained apprenticeship programs in accordance with industry standards and conducted compliance audits. Prior experience includes serving as a Property Manager at Tryko Partners, LLC, where Faith demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance related to housing programs. Faith holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Family and Community Development from the University of Maryland.
