Michael R. Fletcher

Michael R. Fletcher has a diverse work experience in various companies within the construction industry. Michael R. currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at AICrete Corp., a venture-backed startup specializing in automation and machine learning in the concrete industry. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Account Management and Director of SCC Sales & Strategic Accounts at GCP Applied Technologies, where they led and developed commercial sales teams.

Before their role at GCP, Fletcher worked at CH2M as the Vice President, Global Account Manager, where they managed global key accounts in the chemical sector and focused on changing how the company engaged with clients to achieve complete satisfaction. Michael R. also served at BASF Center for Building Excellence, where they held various roles including Commercial Segment Manager and Senior Advisor - Commercial Construction. In these positions, they led teams that worked with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to accelerate the adoption of sustainable construction solutions.

Earlier in their career, Fletcher was the General Sales Manager for the ready-mix concrete division at Nicolia Industries and the Northeast Regional Sales Manager at Titan America, where they managed and integrated various business units.

Lastly, they began their career at Lafarge, a global construction materials company, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Estimator, and Project Manager. Michael R. was involved in developing and managing go-to-market strategies and gaining market share.

Throughout their career, Fletcher has demonstrated expertise in sales, key account management, market development, and building partnerships within the construction industry.

Michael R. Fletcher completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with a focus on Sales Engineering, from the University of Florida. Michael R. attended the university from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained two certifications related to green building practices: LEED AP from the Green Building Certification Institute in August 2004, and LEED AP BD+C from the same institution in January 2011.
