Diego Colindres

Diego Colindres has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2012 to 2021, they held positions in Grupo Tecun, Dichter & Neira, Oro del Pacífico, and Grupo Pantaleon. At Grupo Tecun, they served as a Senior Process Manager and Project Manager, where they led corporate projects and implemented strategies for profitability and inventory management. In their role at Dichter & Neira, they were the Regional Operations Manager, responsible for standardizing operational processes across multiple countries. At Oro del Pacífico, they worked as the Corporate Operations Manager, overseeing shared services departments and managing relationship with customers and suppliers. Finally, at Grupo Pantaleon, they worked as a Business Unit Manager. In 2022, Diego joined Corporación AICSA as the Corporate Strategy Manager before being promoted to the role of Corporate Shared Services Director in June 2023. Additionally, Diego has previous experience as an Assistant Professor at the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala. Diego Colindres holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from INCAE Business School, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala between 2005 and 2009. In addition, Diego has obtained several certifications, including Scrum Master Certified from Scrum Inc. in November 2021 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional Certificate from CertiProf in 2020. Diego also holds certifications in strategic planning, SCRUM fundamentals, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
