Batell Vallentine Blaish-Sultanik

Batell Vallentine Blaish-Sultanik is a seasoned executive and advocate for women's empowerment in the workforce. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at AID COALITION since January 2025, Batell previously held the position of Chief Business Operator at BeeHero and served as the elected Chairperson of the Committee for the Advancement of Women in Industry at the Israel Bar Association. With a strong background in both corporate and nonprofit sectors, Batell has experience managing significant budgets and overseeing initiatives that promote women's skills and employment opportunities in Israel. Previous roles include Chairperson of NA Delegation at Tzofim Garin Tzabar, Senior Associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, Co-Founder and VP Operations of YEEZ.it, and a Naval Officer (Major) in the Israeli Navy. Batell holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Reichman University.
