Tino Hensel

Tino Hensel is a seasoned professional in marine human resources with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as Director HR Fleet Governance at AIDA Cruises since April 2025, Tino previously held significant leadership roles including Vice President - Marine HR at Carnival Maritime GmbH from April 2015 to April 2025, and Director HR Fleet at AIDA Cruises from October 2000 to March 2015. Tino's career began at Columbia Shipmanagement, where roles included Commercial Manager and Personnel Superintendent from August 1993 to September 2000. Tino holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Verkehrswesen/Nautik from Universität Rostock, completed between 1986 and 1991.
