Margaret Norris

Margaret Norris is currently the Founder & CEO of Aidaly and a Founder Fellow at On Deck. Margaret was previously a Partner at a venture fund, a Global Fellow at the U.S. Department of State, a Member of the Chicago Leadership Alliance, Founder and CEO of Uphold Health, a Board of Directors member at Ryan Banks Academy, Founder and Owner of Home Management Solutions, and a Comedic Actor and Writer at the Second City Training Center.

Margaret Norris has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northwestern University. Margaret also studied Taillores, France at Tufts University. In 2022, they will be attending Stanford University Graduate School of Business to pursue a degree in Mergers and Acquisitions with a focus in Private Equity. Margaret has also attended St. John's University.
