Varun is a General Partner and a member of the investment committee at SE Ventures, a leading venture capital fund, backed by Schneider Electric. Varun has spent the past decade investing in several transformative AI and Sustainability related companies that have radically improved the way they run buildings and factories, how they consume energy and how they commute. Prior to SE Ventures, Varun led the global early-stage fund at Qualcomm Ventures and managed a portfolio that included category-leading companies such as Cruise (acquired by GM for $1B+), Zoom (NASDAQ: ZM), 99 (acquired by Didi), Matterport (NASDAQ: MTTR) and many others.
