Kelsey Marshall

Kelsey Marshall is a Program Manager for AidData's Listening to Leaders team. She works on identifying development progress in low- and middle-income countries and the performance of development organizations partnering to make that progress a reality through collecting and analyzing data from leaders in these countries. She also designs and implements snap polls for AidData’s database of global leaders on a variety of topics. Her personal research interests include civil society development, localization, conservation, and media analysis.
