Brian Snyder

Brian Snyder is the Co-founder and COO at Aide Health. Prior to Aide Health, Brian was the Chief Operating Officer at Black Swan Data from January 2019 to July 2021. Black Swan Data is a SaaS company that uses AI to unlock the power of Social data to accurately predict the future needs and wants of consumers for the largest CPG brands in the world including Pepsi, Danone, P&G and J&J.

Under Brian's leadership, Black Swan Data achieved 3X ARR growth in 2019 and 2X ARR growth in 2020, growing from 50 to 150 people. Brian was responsible for leading strategic operational initiatives for Black Swan Data's corporate strategy, including plans, timelines and teams. Brian also oversaw the company's expansion into Cape Town, SA, which grew to 30 people in 3 months.

Brian has also worked on Aide Health's reseller and Channel Partner strategy and operational model, including how we commercialise and run. Brian has led reseller relationships (in Japan) and current resellers drive 15% of Total ARR. Brian maintains all offices internationally including growth plans and capability development.

Brian Snyder has a BA in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from James Madison University.
