Kay Wilkinson

Kay Wilkinson has worked as a Backend Engineer for Aidence since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Back End Engineer at STITCH 3D from 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at Smartclip, where they designed and built internal tools for teams that are scalable, durable, and easy to use. Kay also specialized in a Django/Postgres/Nginx/AWS stack and took advantage of other technologies including Redis, Elasticsearch, Celery and RabbitMQ to ensure reliability. Additionally, they have experience using Wagtail CMS framework to extend Django and build an elegant knowledge-sharing platform. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at SpotX as a Software Engineer, Senior Technical Operations Engineer - EMEA, and Technical Operations Engineer. In their role, they worked with publishers, DSP's and other Ad Servers to debug and optimise campaigns and to ensure GDPR compliancy. Kay also gained extensive pre-sales experience through integrating publishers into the SpotX platform across devices from desktop, to native app, to CTV environments.

Kay Wilkinson attended the University of South Wales from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Kay then attended Birkbeck, University of London from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology.
