Thiago Hiromi

Thiago Hiromi has over 14 years of experience in the software engineering industry. In 2006, they began their career as a Web Developer at VM2, where they worked with several projects such as CMS (Content Management Systems), Intranets, and Extranets. In 2007, they moved to Casablanca TV, where they worked as a Web Developer. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Systems Analyst at LightComm, developing in many programming languages such as PHP, Javascript (Node.js), C++ with QML, and Java. Thiago also implemented automated tests with PHPUnit and Selenium. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Titans Group as a Senior Backend Developer, developing features and maintaining high availability REST applications. Thiago also worked as a Senior Developer, ScrumMaster, and Senior Web Developer. In 2016, they moved to Vaniday, where they worked as a Backend Developer. In 2018, they moved to Delivery Hero, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Wayfair as a Software Engineer, working in the Merchandising engineering team, Findability pod. Finally, in 2022, they moved to Aidence, where they currently work as a Senior Backend Engineer.

Thiago Hiromi obtained an MBA in Financial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in System Information from Jobs in São Paulo between 2003 and 2006. Thiago also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2013.
