Nina Gonella

Nina Gonella is an experienced professional in payroll and HR management, currently serving as the Director Lønn at AIDER since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nina held various positions at Accountor Norge, including Head Of Payroll and Teamleder, from September 2014 to February 2023. Previous experience includes a tenure at Visma as a Senior lønns-og HR konsulent and Teamleder lønn from June 2010 to August 2014, as well as serving as a Salary & HR-consultant at Intrum Justitia AS from January 2005 to April 2011, where Intrum Justitia is recognized as Europe’s leading credit management company. Nina Gonella holds degrees from BI Norwegian Business School (1990) and Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (2006).
