Waleed Arif

Waleed Arif has over seven years of work experience. Waleed began their career in 2012 as a Campaign Intern & Intern Coordinator for Garamendi for Congress. In 2013, they were a Scholar for the Accounting Scholars Development Program at the University of Denver, as well as Treasurer for the Associated Students of Solano College (ASSC) and Vice President of Finance for Phi Theta Kappa. In 2014, they worked as a Food and Customer Service employee for Straw Hat Pizza. In 2015, they were an INROADS Emerging Leader Intern at JCPenney, where they shadowed store management and attended professional development trainings. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Independent Contractor for Transportation Network Companies and Account Manager for East End Executives. Waleed then worked as a Copywriting and Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist and Client Relationship Manager for Fit Small Business. Currently, Waleed is a Marketing Operations Specialist for Aidin.

Waleed Arif obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego in 2016 and an Associate's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Solano Community College in 2014.
