- Product Owner/Manager for two squads at Telenor from August 2016 to June 2020. Erik focused on improving the development process and driving continuous delivery of valued products and services to Telenor customers.

- Senior Consultant at Deloitte Norway from July 2015 to July 2016. Erik worked on implementing CRM systems in the public sector and promoted user-centric design.

Erik Story's education history includes a variety of academic achievements and additional certifications. From 2004 to 2007, Erik attended KVS and obtained a Vitnemål, which provided a general study competence. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2011, Erik studied at the University of Surrey and earned a BSc (First Class Honours) in Business Management. Continuing their education, Erik enrolled at Trondheim Business School from 2011 to 2013, completing an MSc in Business Administration, specifically focusing on Siviløkonom. Later, in 2016, Erik attended the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID) for their Summer School program, where they gained insights and knowledge in designing a service through experience prototyping.

Aside from their formal education, Erik has also obtained various certifications. In May 2019, Erik became a Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager through Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, Erik has pursued their professional development by completing online certifications. In November 2020, they obtained the certification "Gary Hamel on Busting Bureaucracy" through LinkedIn, and in September 2020, they obtained the "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" certification, also through LinkedIn.
