Hanne Linaae

Hanne Linaae has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hanne is currently employed at Aidn as a Product Manager since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Remin AS, where they served as the Head of Product from February 2022 to September 2022, and as a Product Manager from August 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Remin AS, Hanne worked at DNB as an Agile Coach from September 2018 to July 2021. Hanne then worked at Capgemini as a Managing Consultant - Project Manager from November 2014 to August 2018. During their time at Capgemini, they fulfilled various roles including Release Manager for BSS, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager/Team Lead, and Project Manager.

Hanne also held positions at The Qt Company, Digia, Nokia, Qt Development Frameworks, Trolltech ASA, Trolltech AS, and Capgemini. Their responsibilities in these roles included Senior Product and Delivery Manager, UI, Qt R&D; Senior Manager, UI, Qt R&D; Team Lead/Product Owner; Program Manager, Qt in Education; Global Tools Consultancy Manager; Training Manager; Partner Manager and Partner Program Manager; Senior Consultant; Unit Manager; and Consultant.

Throughout their career, Hanne has gained expertise in product management, agile coaching, project management, and consultancy.

Hanne Linaae began their education in 1984 at Fagerborg videregående skole where they studied Naturfag until 1987. Following this, from 1987 to 1988, they attended Up with People, although no specific degree or field of study is indicated. Finally, they pursued a Siv.Ing (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1988 to 1993.
