Head of Customer Experience at Aidn

Heidi Ystad has a diverse work history, starting with their role as a Customer Advisor at Hafslund from November 2005 to January 2007. Heidi then moved on to become a Quality and Competence Officer at Hafslund from January 2007 to February 2008, where they were responsible for overseeing processes and procedures at the customer center. From February 2008 to August 2010, Heidi worked as a Project Facilitator for Continuous Improvement at Hafslund, leading workshops and conducting analysis to drive improvements. Heidi then took on the role of Acting Department Manager for Continuous Improvement from August 2010 to April 2011 before transitioning into the position of Project Advisor for Organizational Development at Hafslund from April 2011 to March 2014. In this role, Heidi led various improvement projects and provided guidance to ensure high-quality results.

After their time at Hafslund, Heidi joined RiksTV AS in April 2014 as a Business Developer, focusing on continuously improving customer service and fostering efficient processes. Heidi later became the Head of Customer Operations and Product Manager at RiksTV AS from March 2016 to November 2022. In this role, Heidi was responsible for overseeing customer service, managing an external service partner with 100 employees, and developing digital contact channels such as help pages and a chatbot. Additionally, they led an internal team and was part of the middle management group at RiksTV AS.

Heidi's most recent position is as the Head of Customer Experience at Aidn, starting from June 2023.

Heidi Ystad's education history is as follows:

From 2023 to 2023, Heidi attended the BI Norwegian Business School, studying "Samspill og ledelse" (Interaction and Leadership).

In 2022, they also attended the BI Norwegian Business School, focusing on "Anvendt økonomi for ledere: Globale perspektiver" (Applied Economics for Managers: Global Perspectives).
