Victoria Rosland

Victoria Rosland has over 16 years of work experience in various HR roles. Victoria'smost recent position is Chief People Officer at Aidn, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at reMarkable as the Head of People Advisory, where they focused on building a People Advisory function to create a great employee experience. Victoria also served as an HR advisor at reMarkable.

Victoria also served as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Consultant at Emerson Process Management - Roxar, where they were the main point of contact for HR-related issues and worked on recruitment, training, restructuring, and general HR administration.

Prior to that, Victoria worked as a Researcher at CR Group AS, focusing on recruitment processes for senior management and management positions. Victoria also has experience in customer support at Ventelo and as an Office Manager and Recruitment Consultant at Top Temp.

Victoria's early work experience includes roles as a Receptionist at Hotel Norge and a Project Assistant at H.K.K.R, where they handled customer service, bookings, meeting coordination, and document design.

Victoria Rosland holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Human Relations from BI Norwegian Business School, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Victoria later pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Management at the University of St Andrews, from 2010 to 2011.
