Nella Kuchin

Nella Kuchin is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in leading and implementing quality processes across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Aidoc since October 2024, Nella previously held the position of Head of Quality at Pagaya, where substantial improvements in bug rates and release cycles were achieved through comprehensive quality strategies. Nella's career includes roles at eToro, where leadership in quality and automation transformed the SDLC, and AlgoSec, where agile methodologies were implemented to enhance product quality. Nella's earlier positions involved managing agile QA methodologies at Pursway and establishing a QA methodology at Mate, showcasing a robust background in both quality assurance and data engineering. Nella holds a B.Sc in Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University.
