Nikki Morrissey

Nikki Morrissey, MBA, R.T. (R)(M), has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Nikki is currently the Director of Sales for the Midwest Zone at Aidoc, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, Nikki worked at Philips for six years, starting in 2016. During their time at Philips, they held various roles, including Director of Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics and Sales Solution Specialist for IntelliSpace Portal. In these roles, Nikki provided consultative solutions and sales support for Enterprise Imaging and IntelliSpace Portal products, focusing on maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty in the Midwest Zone. Before joining Philips, Nikki spent eight years at FUJIFILM Medical Systems, where they served as a Lead Clinical Consultant and Clinical Consultant, primarily responsible for customer training and support for Synapse PACS implementations. Nikki also mentored and trained new Clinical Consultants. Prior to that, Nikki worked as a PACS Administrator at BJC HealthCare, where they managed multiple PACS systems and collaborated with radiologists and department managers to enhance workflow. Nikki began their career as a Radiologic Technologist in the United States Air Force, where they performed various diagnostic imaging exams, operated the C-Arm during surgical procedures, and received recognition for their service. Overall, Nikki Morrissey has a strong background in sales, customer support, and clinical consulting in the healthcare industry.

Nikki Morrissey, MBA, R.T. (R)(M) holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, which was obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Nikki completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011. Nikki also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Webster University, which was earned from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Nikki is certified as an ARRT (R) (M) by ARRT, obtained in November 2004.
