Ilari Orava

Ilari Orava has over 15 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Ilari is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Aidon, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at AGCO Corporation as the Director of Finance for Valtra and Finland Financial Services from December 2017 to March 2020. Before that, they were the Finance Manager for CMC business units at CP Kelco, where they were responsible for financial leadership, reporting performance, forecasting, and budgeting. Ilari also served as the Plant Controller at CP Kelco's largest CMC plant. Earlier in their career, Ilari worked at Moventas as the Head of Business Controlling, Business Controller for the Wind Gear Business in the USA, and Assistant Controller. Ilari began their career at Metso Paper as an Accounting Assistant and later served as a Reporting Assistant.

Ilari Orava earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Jyväskylä Polytechnic in 2004. Ilari then went on to study at the University of Jyväskylä, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics from 2004 to 2008.
