Suchada Stevens

Suchada Stevens currently serves as the Head of People at SearchStax and has held advisory roles with Aidora and ChangeEngine since 2024. In addition, Suchada has been an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Psychology at Concordia University since December 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Help Scout, an HR Business Partner at Alteryx, and a Lead HR Business Partner at Synaptics Incorporated, focusing on various divisions and post-M&A integration. Suchada also worked as an HR Business Partner at Kareo and held roles at Pacific Life and Orange County’s Credit Union in performance analysis and learning development. Educational achievements include a B.A. in Organizational Psychology from Chapman University and an MBA along with a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from Brandman University.
