SheNetra Alexander MS, LPC, NCC has extensive work experience in the field of counseling and mental health. SheNetra is currently working as the Clinical Director at AIDS Alabama Inc. Prior to this, they served as a Clinical Coordinator at TC Counseling and worked in a private practice as a Counselor. SheNetra also gained experience as a Family Counselor at a non-profit organization. Additionally, SheNetra has worked as a Community Health Worker at VIVA Health, Substance Abuse Counselor II at Colonial Management Group, LP, Drug Treatment Counselor at the Alabama Department of Corrections, and Service Coordinator at SPM Strategic Property Management. SheNetra started their career as a Case Manager at Aletheia House and Indian Rivers Mental Health Center, where they assessed clients for substance abuse and mental health services, respectively, and created treatment plans and provided necessary resources for their well-being.

SheNetra Alexander obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development & Family Studies/Psychology from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. SheNetra later pursued a Master's Degree in Continuing Education with a focus on Counseling Psychology at The University of West Alabama from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, SheNetra has also obtained several certifications. SheNetra is a National Certified Counselor, certified by NBCC in March 2019. SheNetra is also a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling in April 2019. Furthermore, they hold a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Heart Association, obtained in February 2019.
