Senior Manager, Care Systems Management at AIDS Foundation of Chicago

Melanie Cross has been working as a Senior Manager in Care Systems Management at the AIDS Foundation of Chicago since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the Heart of Florida United Way, where they served as a Planning Council Support Manager from October 2018 to August 2021, and as an ACA Program Manager from July 2016 to October 2018.

Melanie Cross completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health at Indiana State University from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including "Microsoft Excel: Beyond the Basics" and "Microsoft Excel: Exploring the Basics" from Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in December 2019. Melanie also earned a "Non-Profit Grants & Compliance Certificate" from Heart of Florida United Way in October 2019 and a "Non-Profit Leadership" certificate from the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College in October 2018. Furthermore, they completed the "HIV 500/501 Training" program offered by the Florida Department of Health in Orange County in an undisclosed year.
