Johnny Watkins-Mitchell, BA, has extensive experience in the fields of social work, education, and logistics. Currently serving as Housing Assistance Manager, Financial Programs Manager, Medical Case Manager, Patient Navigator, and Outreach Coordinator at AIDS Outreach Center since October 2018, Johnny has previously worked as a Teacher Facilitator for Fort Worth ISD, as well as holding various logistical roles at Hyundai Merchant Marine and Atlas Copco USA. Johnny's career began in customer service and data management at Fort Worth ISD and Sears, Roebuck and Co. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Tarleton State University, Johnny combines a strong educational background with diverse professional expertise.

AIDS Outreach Center is the only 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization in Fort Worth serving Tarrant and seven surrounding rural counties with essential HIV prevention, education and outreach programs, as well as comprehensive and vital HIV/AIDS care and support services to men, women and children and their families while advocating for a strong HIV public policy. The mission of AOC is to serve people living with or at risk for HIV with dignity and respect. AOC's vision is that in our community, people living with HIV receive quality care, and new infections are rare.
