AIDS Outreach Center is the only 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization in Fort Worth serving Tarrant and seven surrounding rural counties with essential HIV prevention, education and outreach programs, as well as comprehensive and vital HIV/AIDS care and support services to men, women and children and their families while advocating for a strong HIV public policy. The mission of AOC is to serve people living with or at risk for HIV with dignity and respect. AOC's vision is that in our community, people living with HIV receive quality care, and new infections are rare.

The Client and Patient Services team at AIDS Outreach Center provides comprehensive support and care for individuals living with or at risk for HIV. This multidisciplinary team coordinates housing and transportation, ensures eligibility for services, offers behavioral health counseling, navigates patients through care systems, manages cases, and advocates for clients. They also address insurance assistance, nutritional needs, senior services, outreach, and prevention, ensuring clients receive the highest quality care with dignity and respect.
