Heather Holladay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research analysis and workforce development. Prior roles include Adjunct Instructor for Zumba at Faulkner University, Research Analyst for the Alabama Department of Corrections, and Business Analyst Supervisor at EDS, where oversight of a team was key. Early career contributions were made as a Closing Specialist at Regions Mortgage, focusing on operational improvements and quality control. Heather holds a Master's degree in Community and Economic Development from Penn State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Theatre from Faulkner University, backed by a high school diploma from Alabama Christian Academy.
