Heidi Kearton

Heidi Kearton is an experienced project manager with a solid background in workforce development and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at AIDT since June 2019, Heidi previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at SAWDC from August 2013 to May 2019, along with roles as Industry Coordinator and Assistant to the Executive Director. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Staffing Assistant at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center and a position as Export Coordinator for North Europe at Fr. Meyer's Sohn North America LLC. Heidi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Auburn University and a Master’s Degree in Management with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from The University of Alabama.
