In 2005, they worked as a Nuance for Nuance Communications and Quality Analyst - Medical Transcription for BhilwaraScribe. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Sr.Quality Analyst for Netaquila Solutions Private Limited. In 2017, they became an Operations Manager Medical Transcription for Wenour International. In 2019, they held the roles of Head Of Operations for AIE Medical Management and Director for Augustus International.

Rajeev Jha attended Delhi University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a B.Sc. in Agrochemicals.
