Stephen Birch

Stephen Birch has over three decades of experience in management and ministry. Currently serving as the General Manager at Aiello Home Services since November 1996, Stephen oversees operations and manages staff across all departments. In addition to this role, Stephen has been a Minister at New Life Christian Church International since July 2013, where responsibilities include preaching the Complete Bible and delivering the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Prior to these positions, Stephen was the Owner of Central Connecticut Heating from January 1990 to October 1996, operating as an independent heating contractor in Hartford County.
